It has a low solubility in water, but is easily soluble in ammonia water. Explosion limit in air12.5%~74%.After carbon monoxide enters the human body, it binds to hemoglobin in the blood oxygen, which will prevents hemoglobin from binding to oxygen.causing hypoxia in the body tissues and leading to suffocation and death.
